I’ve spent over three years compelled to tirelessly work on personal & professional development. Almost to prepare for something bigger, and part of that same calling brought me to Janessa. Janessa has done so much for my life. The work I’ve done with Janessa has allowed me to feel a very different peace and calm. It’s alleviated anxiety and has improved my quality of sleep. I prepared for surgery using the tools provided by Fiercely Radiant Soul, and it’s something I would absolutely recommend everyone doing ahead of any surgery they are going to have. My past experiences with surgery and anesthesia were all very traumatic. I would have severe pain throughout my body, not just at the surgery site. I would also have severe vomiting and diarrhea which made recovery more difficult than it needed to be. I would take days before I would be ready to even try eating after surgery. Getting up and movement was always a struggle too. My blood pressure was always a concern and when I would come out of surgery it would be sky high for a couple weeks. Before and after surgery I would have anxiety from the procedure and recovery process. It would take pain emdication to recovery from previous surgeries which would cause constipation and make the recovery process even more miserable.
This surgery where I used Janessa’ surgery prep was completely different, and I had never used energy psychology or worked with Janessa previously. I came out of anesthesia very well; no disorientation or severe pain. I had ZERO vomiting or abdominal discomfort. The surgery sites even only had slight bruising. I didn’t feel hardly any pain associated to the sites, and didn’t take anything more than Tylenol after the day of surgery. I did feel bloated in the abdomen where the surgery sites were though. I was up and walking without assitance within five hours of surgery and left like I was ready to go home. I had no constipation, no soreness, pain, or swelling whatsoever where the organ was removed. I was able to eat normally that evening and was released from the hospital the next day. My blood pressure was better after surgery than it ever had been before, adn I was able to keep my oxygen levels normal without assistance. This was a completely different experience than any surgery I’ve had without the surgery prep. I highly recommend you work with Janessa to ensure you body can accept the procedure so your surgery and recovery are seamless.

When I started working with Janessa, I knew I needed to make changes in my life. However, I was unaware what caused these issues and how they could be resolved. I met Janessa almost a year ago and I could tell there was something special about her. She is very easy to talk to and she has a very light and warm energy that is very soothing to be around. She truly has passion for helping people to find their way, or even get back on track.
I had been struggling with anger and resentment for years and it had been preventing me from living a happy and fulfilling life for a long time. I didn’t know that I was carrying around the anger and resentment because consciously I didn’t feel angry. I didn’t feel resentment. However, my attitude and communication at times proved otherwise. It was a toxic pattern in my life and because I didn’t know what to do to correct this, I eventually became very frustrated with myself.

Janessa, thanks for the attention and time you have put into your work with me. Sometimes in order to move forward, a person needs to take time to review, unpack and grow from things that have happened in the past. It only took 2 sessions with Janessa to do all that. Now, I was not seeking out energy work, but I was referred by a person very close to me and gave it a try. I have to say some of the exercises we did were very new to me and very different from anything I have tried in the past. Bottom line… it works. We tend to focus on our physical well being, our diet, our appearance, and we owe it to ourselves to dedicate time to the well being of our personal energy. I attended a behavioral emotional spiritual transformation party two days ago. I have tried EMDR (a non traditional therapy) & loved it so I was open to trying energy therapy through muscle testing. If a group setting with your closest friends or family isn’t for you, I recommend an individual session. It was personal, eye opening, so interesting, and extremely accurate. I feel lighter. The Unexpected Teacher
It began with the world’s most awkward handshake and developed into a friendship and mentorship I thank the universe for daily. This was how I met my well-rounded teacher, Janessa. I was training to run a 15k race, and it was the first day in a new place. She was the first person I met. I walked out my door, and saw her in her running gear and thought, “why not ask if I may join her? She looks like she is a runner, and could probably give me a few pointers”. I had no idea what I was in store for.
Janessa is not just solely a person who devotes her time to fitness, though fitness related education was the first wisdom she bestowed upon me. Through a three month training program she devised for me, I dropped my 5k from 9:45 minute per mile splits to my 15k race time of 8:37 minute per mile splits. Janessa if far more than fitness though. She is reflective and honest. She finds a way to be encouraging, while simultaneously educational, preventing a person from remaining stagnant in their personal, physical, and even professional development. Without judgment, she will listen with an open heart, and respond with appropriate inquisition. The element a person will eternally love about Janessa is her curiosity about herself, and therein, her curiosity about the world around her. Her analytical mind is perfect to help a person achieve self-awareness, and discover who they really are and what they truly seek in the world.
