Hi friends! I woke up this morning and read my daily quote, and it was obvious today is the day I am to get this blog up. My calendar contained sage words from Harriet Rochlin, “Laughter can be more satisfying than honour; more precious than money; more heart-cleansing than prayer.” I have long believed if you are able to look back at something and laugh about it later than you should be able to laugh about it while you’re going through it. The video below outlines how to turn a less than humorous situation into a humorous one literally by changing the way you look at the situation. However, the way you “look” at the situation is going to be a bit different than what you’re likely thinking while reading this. There’s no reason to wait years to find humor about something when you can do so instantly.
In the video I referenced my favorite funny story where I fell off a bus. You can access the full story about my falling experience here. Keep laughing!
Peace & Love,
Janessa
Nice video. I’ve always subscribed to “Laughter is the best medicine” saying. I can’t tell you the number of incidents I went through that were horrible when going through them and now when I look back some tome later it makes me laugh. Sooooo why not laugh about them now? Something to think about.
